★ Make Maine Affordable – Long-time Mainers are being priced out of their communities and young families are leaving. We must fight to lower the cost of energy, housing, taxes, and living here in Maine.
★ Support Small Business – Family businesses are disappearing here in Maine yet politicians in Augusta pile on with burdensome taxes and regulations. This has to change.
★ Safer Communities – Police, fire, and first responders deserve the funding, training and support needed to help make our communities safer.
★ Prioritize Mental Health – We can take on homelessness, crime, and drug addiction by addressing the underlying issue of mental health.
About Carolyn
Carolyn has worked, played and invested in the greater Bangor area since her first job as a waitress over 40 years ago. After college, she became a job counselor and then a Realtor in 1981. Since then, she has owned several small companies and is now a Realtor with NextHome Experience. She is the mother of two boys, Max and Jason, and a grandmother of four. Currently serving as a City Councilor, Carolyn lives in Bangor with her husband, Tim Reid, who retired from the Bangor PD after 40 years of service.
